Something bright for a gray day. There were actually some early rhodies blooming in Mendocino, and some camellias as well, and little wild daffodils all over the place. Callas too of course.

I think the sun might make a brief appearance later today, but they say a big bad storm is headed for us tomorrow, so it will be a wet weekend.

I have to do the laundry today, rain or not. I am still not feeling well though, but I will just be extra careful not to kill myself on the stairs.

Joe came home early from work yesterday, not feeling well either, and apparently most of his co-workers have the flu. He went to work this morning, but I think he should have stayed home. He got a flu shot weeks ago but they are saying the shot didn't cover the flu that most people are getting, so I guess that was a waste.

I never get the shot, but I also have not had a really bad flu in five or six years.

Knocking on wood energetically right now, I am. :)
